All of my holiday images, images from the Alaska trip in July of 2007, etc are on my personal Flickr site: www.flickr.com/photos/wallyspice/
Tracy's Flickr site has lots of great images of their life with my little grandson Gunther in Alaska. I really miss being with them over the holidays. He is growing so much and you can really see his character developing in the photos.

Annie and Mark, November 3rd 2007, SLIDESHOW LINK
Posted on December 14, 2007
We photographed the fantastic wedding of Annie and Mark on Sat. November 3rd last month. We had photographed her sister Rachel’s wedding in 2004 so it was so great to see everyone again – such a heartfelt close knit family. The girls got ready at the beautiful elegant home in Washington Township and the church ceremony was at the St Mathew’s Church in Detroit. Then on to some fun romantics on Belle Isle – the fountain not being on didn’t stop us – the wedding party just hopped in and we had a ball. The willows and lakes around the the old casino building sure made for some awesome romantics. A great reception followed at the beautiful Andiamo’s on 14 Mile Rd & Van Dyke – what a great way to finish up our busy fall wedding season.
Something new I am trying – since this is so late in the season, and many had not had a chance to see the slide show at the reception, I am adding a SLIDE SHOW of the images shown at the reception, plus some more that we submitted to Metro Detroit Bride for possible publication.
The images WILL be online in time for Christmas – but probably Just before. We are working hard to catch up and will have it online – but not much before Christmas sorry to say.
SO ENJOY THE SLIDE SHOW – GO TO: (Copy and Paste into your browser if need be please)

Julie was the main photographer for the wedding of Christina and Andy. Both the ceremony and reception took place the beautiful Sycamore Hills Golf Club in Macomb. The splendid fall color on the grounds made for some gorgeous and fun romantics.

On Friday November 2nd Wally was the main photographer for the wedding of Teri and Tom. The girls got ready a tthe Sterling Inn in Sterling Heights where the reception was to be later on in the day. Th Ceremony was a the beautiful St Raymond Church in Detroit. For the Romantics we found a great little park on Van Dyke with lots of gorgeous fall color. This was beautiful and fun for all. The reception that followed at the Sterling Inn was fabulous and a lot of fun.
Tom’s mom Laurie and I had worked together at Jostens many years ago, so it was so nice working with a dear old friend.

Happy Holidays
Posted on December 5, 2007
Hope you are enjoying the holiday season. We have been super busy trying our best to get caught up and our weddings uploaded and orders out. We are getting there and everything WILL br out before Christmas if it was promised.
We have desisgned quite a few holiday cards and I did take a little time to design one for my self. I love the bubble motif I can use in getting many little images in. It was fun getting in so many family fun images – especially of my 3 great adorable grandsons – Julie’s son’s Aaron (13) and Steven (11) and baby Gunther (1), Tracy and Rick’s son in Alaska

I also designed a card for the Detroit Professional Photographers Association. As president this was the invitation from myself and the rest of the board members to the upcoming holiday party for all our members.

Don’t forget we ahave a new link on the main web site page for the 2007 Holiday specials and prices. I am still getting out orders in time for Christmas, even Holiday cards – but please do try to get them in as soon as possible.
Ranger Bay – Portrait Session
Posted on December 5, 2007
On November 26th Julie and I did a very unique portrait session for a very unique little boy and his parents. Ranger Bay is turning 3 and he is a very good little dirt bike rider. His dad and family has all been into racing and Ranger is destined to go to the racing circuit. His whole world revolves around racing and driving his dirt bike – even if it still has training wheels when he drives it. You can tell this is the world that makes this family very happy. It was very interesting. His mom is a friend of Patty’s, whose wedding we just photographed in September.

Heather and Jeff October 27, 2007
Posted on December 4, 2007
On October 27th we photographed the beautiful wedding of Heather and Jeff. The ceremony was at the First Presbyterian Church of Royal Oak and then on to the historic Pine Knob Mansion in Clarkston. The weather was cold and windy, but the fall color was fabulous and we got some terrific romantic photographs with them outside while we could. The reception was a lot of fun.

Sharon and Jason Family Session
Posted on December 4, 2007
On November 17th we photograpahed a family sesson for Sharon and Jason and their little girl Audry at the Detroit Zoo. We started in the Butterfly House, then the Bird Avery and even tried some outside. WE had a lot of fun and got some great images, even though she got a little tired at one time. WE had photographed Sharon and Jason’s wedding back in 2002 so it was gfreart to see tham again. They were purchasing their negatives and high res scans so that they could archive them for their family history. This is something we are doing for any couple whos wedding was more than 2 years ago.

Leslie and Dave Engagement Session
Posted on December 4, 2007
On November 11th we photographed the engagement session for Leslie nad DAve at the Henry Ford Estate. Even though it was fairly late in the fall season, we were still able to find some great fall color. They were game for going out on the rock ledge by the falls which made for some great images. At the end we were fortunate to find a spectacular yellow tree on the road out of the estate which made for some more terrific fall color images.
