We had a great wedding 5-30-09 for Beth and Brian.  They met tin the beautiful blue garden – all abloom, and then we all headed to Hart Plaza in Detroit for a great Urban Shoot. A lot of fun, especially with the Spirit of Detroit decked out in its Red Wings Jersey. We enjoyed some more terrific romantic on the gorgeous grounds of the Henry Ford Estate and then had a beautiful ceremony in the rose garden, followed by a great dinner (food was scrumptious as always) and a fun reception in the music room.

I love how everyone is not confined to just one rom, but can roam most of the lower level as the evening progresses.  We were able to have our mini slideshow going on our laptop to give everyone a taste of the fun we had earlier during romantics.

Our DJ Josh from Mike Staff productions was awesome – I heard the best song for the daddy daughter dance that stole the show – “Cinderella” by Steven Curtis Chapman.  I was so wowed by how this worked for Beth and her dad.

This is really one of our MOST favorite places to photograph- we are so familiar with it and the great people that work there – it was great to be “home” again!

We photographed a fantastic wedding for Jennifer and James on May 23rd at the historic Henry Ford Estate in Dearborn.

The girls got ready at the house and then off to Saint Peter and Paul Romanian Church in Dearborn.   After a beautiful ceremony the wedding party enjoyed a trolley ride to the Henry Ford Estate. We had so much fun with the romantics making our “rounds” on the grounds of the estate that we know so well – it is one of our very favorite places to photograph – we just love it and the people that work there. The dinner was delicious as always and the reception was a lot of fun.

We photographed a beautiful winter Valentines wedding this 2-14-09 for Debra and George at the magnificent Henry Ford Estate. The ceremony was in the Sun porch overlooking the river and gorgeous grounds of the estate, followed by a lunch in the music room. Debra surprised her groom and guests when she played the violin along with the quartet.

We enjoyed some great romantics on the grounds in the winter wonderland – We made our normal rounds all the way down to the falls and the fresh and falling snow made a breathtaking background. It was worth tramping around in the snow – just beautiful!
